RAI TAKSO / Rent auto invest OÜ operates according to Estonian consumer protection requirements, GDPR principles and standard EU transfer/taxi business practices.
Cancellation & refund policy
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before booking time. Less than 12 hours before pickup the company may retain up to 50% of the agreed booking amount. No-show bookings are payable in full.
Waiting time policy
City rides include up to 5 minutes waiting time. Airport transfers include up to 30 minutes waiting time after official landing time.
Airport / parking fees
Airport entrance fees, parking costs, ferry fees, toll roads and similar third-party expenses are added separately when applicable.
Payment & invoices
Payment is made before the trip unless agreed otherwise. Company invoices are issued after payment confirmation. VAT invoices available for business clients.
GDPR & personal data
Booking information is stored securely and used only for booking handling, transport service, accounting, invoicing and customer communication. Clients may request data access or deletion according to GDPR rules.
Liability
Arrival times may be affected by weather, traffic, road conditions, border controls, accidents or force majeure situations. Exact timing cannot always be fully guaranteed.
